What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is the clear way to straighten teeth without braces, using aligners. Aligners are made of a clear, thin, medical-grade plastic that is virtually invisible when worn.
Using advanced 3-D computer imaging technology to simulate tooth movement, the doctor uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners that gradually move your teeth. You wear each aligner for about two weeks, moving from one set to the next, until your new smile emerges.

I'm in the Military, can I have Invisalign treatment?
Yes! Dr. David Adams treats many individuals that are active in all branches of the military through the Invisalign system. The U.S. Military does not approve braces while being active so Invisalign would be the next best thing. In some cases, we even have patients that are deployed and straightening their teeth at the same time! We give our Invisalign military patients enough trays to last them until their next appointment at our office. We also offer military discounts to all of our military families in the San Diego area.
If your spouse is either deployed or living in another city, we are capable of doing Skype consultations so they can be apart of your Invisalign treatment! How much does Invisalign cost?
As with other orthodontic options, the cost will be based on the complexity of your case and the length of treatment. We don't want the investment to prevent you from having the smile you have always wanted. During the initial exam, Dr. Adams will determine the complexity of your case, the estimated length of treatment, and the investment for treatment. We offer a variety of payment options to suit your individual needs. All of this will be discussed during your complementary consultation.
Does my insurance cover Invisalign?
A dental insurance policy that covers orthodontics will cover treatment with Invisalign as well. Call our office so we can see how we can maximize your benefits!
Are financing options available for Invisalign?
Yes! Our practice offers NO INTEREST financing that has been attracting patients to our office for years through CareCredit and in-house financing!
